1 - Kickstart

Quick, easy, comfy. Hosting a smaller gathering with a bit of something special and personalized? This is the option for you! Kickstart includes the all-inclusive options, plus:

  • 3 hours of cafe bar service
  • Up to 50 guests served
  • 1 Bespoke Drink Option

2 - Flow

This option is perfect for that gathering where cutting down the guest list was just not an option, and we don’t mind! Flow includes the all-inclusive options, plus:

  • 3 hours of cafe bar service
  • Up to 70 guests served
  • 1 Bespoke Drink Option

3 - Bold

This option is perfect for those looking for a fuller experience. We will work with you to create two bespoke drink menu items! Bold includes the all-inclusive options, plus:

  • 4 Hours of cafe bar service
  • Up to 100 guests
  • 2 Bespoke Drink Options

Retail only (not all-inclusive)

Want us to setup and offer drinks at your event where attendees pay-per-drink? This is your option.

4 - Signature

Like all of our packages, this option is perfect for those looking to create an experience to remember but for a larger guest list! This option highlights four curated drink options and our in-house
branding and design services to fit your wedding or event’s aesthetic (*printing/production fees are not included and vary depending on printing specifications).
Signature includes the all-inclusive options, plus:

  • 4 Hours of cafe bar service
  • Up to 150 guests
  • Curated Menu with 3 Bespoke Drink Options
  • Custom Branding and Design for Cart and
    Serveware*

OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTIONS INCLUDE:

Travel time (within 50 miles of Prattsburgh, NY) / Set up / Break down / Skilled Café Cómodo Barista(s), Double Shot Espresso, Drink examples: Iced Drinks (including Cold Brew), Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Seasonal Refresher / Whole and Oat Milk options / House-made syrups / Compostable cups, lids, ice, cooler, stir-sticks, straws, creamer, napkins, sugar

All our syrups are handmade at our licensed commissary kitchen with natural and organic products – no artificial or processed ingredients!
